Advertise to finance teams choosing AI tools
Readers come to AI Accounting Vendors when they are comparing software for a specific job: AP, close, tax, audit, lease accounting. A sponsorship puts your company on the pages about that job, labeled, one sponsor per page.

Who reads it
The site is written for the people who choose and use accounting software: partners and staff at accounting firms, controllers, CFOs and finance operations teams. Its listings record what each tool’s own pages say about SOC 2, data use, human review, ledgers and price, so readers arrive with a buying question rather than a general interest in AI.
That makes context the thing to buy. A lease accounting vendor reaches readers on the lease accounting page, the ASC 842 calculator and the alternatives pages for competing tools, not a general audience.
Where sponsors appear
| Pages | Count | The reader is | Fits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Category pages | 12 | Comparing tools for one job, such as AP, AR, close, tax, audit or lease accounting, side by side on SOC 2, data use, ledgers and price. | Vendors in that category, and the tools its buyers need next to it. |
| Alternatives pages | 32 | Looking at a named product and checking what else does the same job before they sign or renew. | Competitors and close substitutes in the same category. |
| Ledger guides | 6 | Running QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage, Business Central or Dynamics 365 Finance and working out what its AI does and what to add. | Apps that integrate with that ledger, and its implementation partners. |
| Free tools | 38 | Doing the work: building a lease schedule, running depreciation, reconciling a bank account, closing the month. | Software that automates the task the tool covers. Each tool is sold separately, so the match can be exact. |
| Guides | 18 | Learning a process or a rule, such as three-way match, the month-end close, SOC reports or Section 7216. | Vendors whose product answers the question the guide covers. |
| The directory | 1 | Browsing all AI accounting tools at once, filtering by ledger, SOC 2, data use and price. | Platforms that span several areas of accounting work. |

What a placement looks like
- Placement. Beside the page heading on wide screens, at the top of the content, so it is seen without getting in the way of the table or tool below. On phones it sits just below the heading.
- Content. Your logo, your company name, one line about what you do and a button to your site. Lines follow the site’s copy rules: no ROI or accuracy figures and nothing your own site doesn’t say.
- Speed. A self-hosted logo and a plain link. No ad network, no scripts, nothing that slows the page.
Measurement
Views and clicks of your placement are counted in Google Analytics: a view when at least half the card has been on screen, once per visit to the page. Ask for the numbers at any point in the run, and you get them at the end.
The link carries utm_source=aiaccountingvendors, utm_medium=sponsored and utm_campaign set to your sponsorship’s ID, so visits also show in your own analytics.
How sponsorship works
AI Accounting Vendors takes sponsorships so the directory, the dataset and the free tools can stay free. A sponsorship buys a labeled card on the pages you choose, for the dates you choose, and nothing else.
- Listings work the same way for sponsors. Whether a company is listed, its recorded facts and sources, the order of tables and comparisons, and editorial text are decided the same way for sponsors as for anyone else. Sponsors don’t review or approve content, and corrections follow the same evidence rule.
- Labeling. The card says “Sponsored” and its link is marked
rel="sponsored". While a sponsor is also listed in the directory, its listing shows a small “Sponsor” tag. - One sponsor per page. A page carries one sponsor at a time, for fixed dates. The card comes down by itself on the end date.
- Clean pages. Sponsors run no scripts, pixels or cookies. Sponsorships are left out of the data downloads, embeds, feeds, share images and structured data.
- Who can sponsor. Companies whose products serve accounting and finance teams. We may decline any sponsorship.
Book a placement
- Pick the pages. Choose from the list above, or tell us what you sell and we’ll suggest the pages that match.
- Get availability and a price. Pricing depends on the pages and the length of the run.
- Send your card. A square PNG logo, your name, one line and the link.
- Go live. The card appears once payment clears and ends on the date you chose.
Questions
- Does sponsoring change a company’s listing?
- No. A listing is built from the company’s own pages whether or not it sponsors. While a sponsor is also listed, its listing carries a small “Sponsor” tag beside its name, and nothing else about it changes.
- Do we need to be listed in the directory to sponsor?
- No. Sponsors need a product that serves accounting or finance teams, but they don’t need a listing.
- Can we sponsor a competitor’s alternatives page?
- Yes. Readers on an alternatives page are weighing other options, and the card is labeled “Sponsored”.
- How long does a sponsorship run?
- You choose the dates, usually one to three months. The placement goes live once payment clears and ends by itself on the end date. You can renew before it ends.
- Can we book several pages together?
- Yes. A common package is one category page, the alternatives pages for the tools in that category and the free tool that matches what you sell.
- What do you need from us?
- A square PNG logo (at least 128 pixels), your company name, one line about what you do (up to 120 characters, with no ROI or accuracy figures) and the link to send readers to.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on the pages and the length of the run. Email us with the pages you have in mind and we’ll reply with availability and a price.
