Sage Copilot by product

Sage Accounting: Drafts invoice, quote and reminder emails, follows up on overdue invoices, and builds and schedules reports on request. Sage's UK pricing page says Copilot is included in all UK Sage Accounting plans.
Sage Intacct: Tracks month-end close across entities and subledgers, alerts budget owners to variances, and, through the Finance Intelligence agent (an early-adopter feature in 2026 R2), answers natural-language questions about Intacct data. The Copilot icon appears for companies subscribed to a qualifying agent.
Sage Operations: Copilot arrived in January 2026 in what was formerly Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations.
Sage 50: Sage's UK Copilot page says Copilot for Sage 50 Accounts is still in development.

Is Sage Copilot free?

It depends on the product. The UK Sage Accounting pricing page lists Copilot as included in all plans, starting at £20 a month excluding VAT. Sage's global Copilot pages say it is included in select subscription plans or sold as an add-on, with availability by product, plan and region, and ask customers to request pricing. No Sage Intacct Copilot price is published.

What Sage says about training on your data

Sage's data ethics principles say that, where the law allows, Sage analyzes customer product data together with other customers' data to develop and train AI models, and that customers don't get a choice about the use of anonymized data. The Sage Intacct Copilot FAQ adds that query and prompt data is used to improve Copilot. The listing records this as training on customer data.

On security, Sage states a SOC 2 Type II report (and SOC 1 Type II) for Sage Intacct. We didn't find a SOC 2 statement covering Sage Accounting or its other products, so the listing marks SOC 2 unconfirmed for Copilot as a whole.

Sage says Copilot works within permissions the customer sets, with audit trails and approval processes, and that customers choose how much automation to allow.
